CERA MR Grade plywood is moisture resistant interior grade plywood made from high quality hardwood veneers and is bonded with superior grade Melamine Urea Formaldehyde (MUF) resin. This gives our plywood strength and stiffness and strong enough to resist warm water up to 8 hours and can be used in hot and humid climatic conditions. This grade of plywood is mainly used for pending, interior partitions and furnishing.
CERA PREMIUM BWP GRADE PLYWOOD

CERA” BWP Premium Grade Marine Plywoods is an exterior grade plywood specially made from selected species of timber and bonded with unextended BWP grade Phenol Synthetic Resin Adhesi e which are processed through high temperature and pressure to keep the bonding intact even after 72 hours of boiling. All veneers are treated with preservatives and an additional treatment on glue line is performed with highly durable preservatives. The manufactured Boiling Waterproof plywood (BWP) is given chemical treatment in a vacuum pressure impregnation (VPT) process which makes it highly resistant to attacks from fungi, termites and other insects. This Marine Plywood comes with IS:710-2010 and is guaranteed for 20 years against borer attacks.
CERA EXTRA BWP GRADE PLYWOOD

“CERA” Extra BWP Grade Marine Plywood is made from 100% Red Hardwood timber and is bonded with undiluted Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resins which are processed through high temperature and pressure to keep the bonding intact even after 72hours of boiling. All veneers are treated with preservatives and an additional treatment on glue line is performed with highly durable preservatives. The manufactured BWP quality plywood is given chemical treatment in a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPT) process. The result is a Boiling Waterproof plywood that is highly resistant to attacks from all types of micro organisms and extremely severe weather conditions. This Marine Plywood comes with IS:710-2010 and is guaranteed for 25 years against borer attacks.

CERA CLUB BWP GRADE PLYWOOD

CERA CLUB BWP Grade Marine Plywood is premium grade plywood and is manufactured using 100% Gurjan Core Veneer and is bonded with Superior grade Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resins. Gurjan Core Veneer are naturally resistant to termite and borers. Apart from this, these core veneers are further treated with GLP Technology. Finally the processed plywood’s are chemically treatment in a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPT) process, which provides Lifetime Guarantee for the product against Borer, Termite and Fungus.
CERA SHUTTERING PLYWOOD

CERA concrete shuttering plywood and film faced shuttering plywood is manufactured in accordance with the highest quality standards namely IS 4990. It is made from special tropical hardwood veneers which are 100% glued for extra toughness and bonding in order to withstand the loads and forces encountered during the pouring of concrete and vibrations. It has a chequered pattern on its surface which makes it anti-slip plywood and ideal for heavy floor usage. The plywood combines enhanced mechanical properties with extreme water proof quality besides being resistant to corrosive agents.
